My Story
How I ended up here.
I started my career in the banking world, supporting complex systems and learning just how much the backend matters. Over time, I found myself drawn to the design and experience side — how things look and how people feel when they use a website or tool.
After years of working across customer service, technical support, business analysis, and web development, I launched M Square Designz to bring all of that experience together, giving small businesses thoughtful design backed by real technical understanding.
