Project Details
The Lake City High School Event Management System was designed and developed to give the Class of 1995 committee one secure place to manage reunion planning and class operations. The platform brings classmate records, event registrations, guest information, payments, annual dues, fundraising, communications, committee access, and reporting together in a single application.

The Challenge
Planning a multi-day reunion required the committee to coordinate classmate information, registrations, guests, payments, annual dues, fundraising, and ongoing communications. Without one shared system, important information could become scattered, financial records were harder to reconcile, and committee members had limited visibility into current activity.
Classmate, guest, event, and payment information needed one reliable source of truth.
Dues, event payments, partial payments, and fundraiser funds required accurate tracking.
The committee needed a consistent way to reach classmates and review message history.
The Solution
I developed a role-based management platform that connects the public registration experience with a private committee dashboard. Records update in one system, payments can be documented and reviewed, email and text communications can be managed, and reports provide a clear view of event and financial activity.
