A destination wedding with multiple events required more than a basic RSVP form. Guests had to be grouped by invitation eligibility and destination, messages needed to reach the correct people at the correct time, and every response, meal choice, payment, and communication status needed to remain organized.

I designed and developed a centralized admin platform connected to a mobile-friendly guest experience. The system organizes guests by destination and eligibility, supports targeted text-message invitations, captures RSVP and meal information, tracks payments, and gives the administrator real-time visibility into participation and outstanding actions.
